Proceedings of the International Workshop on the Physics of Ultra-Peripheral Collisions (Phys. Proc. UPC) serves as the central platform for the proceedings of the International Workshop on the Physics of Ultra-Peripheral Collisions.
Proceedings of the International Workshop on the Physics of Ultra Peripheral Collisions will be published biannually.

The first volume of Phys. Proc. UPC marks the launch of a new venue dedicated to sharing the experimental and theoretical advancements presented during the inaugural event, held in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, in December 2023.
