Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.

  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.

  • Where available, URLs or DOIs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

  • The text adheres to APA stylistic and bibliographic requirements.

  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the author has removed all identifying information from the manuscript.

Author Guidelines

We encourage the submission of papers which deal with any aspect of University ESL. AT this point, we only accept papers in English. Papers should be in Microsoft Word document and conform to APA style. Submissions can be any length and should include references.

Along with the submission of your article, please include an abstract of no more than 250 words that introduces the article. All submissions should also contain pertinent author information: name, title/position, institutional affiliation, postal and e-mail addresses.

Article Processing Charges (APCs):
This journal does not charge APCs or submission charges.

Statistics:
Authors can view article download statistics for published articles within their accounts.
