A new name for Hoplitis (Alcidamea) truncata Wu, 1993 (Hymenoptera: Megachilidae)

Hoplitis (Alcidamea) wuae Sheffield, new name, is proposed to replace Hoplitis (Liosmia) truncata Wu, 1993, a name that has been preoccupied by Hoplitis truncata (Cresson, 1878) for over 100 years.
